How To Place An Order

Simply add the titles that you would like to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to login (If you have not already) If you haven't yet set up your account, this will need to be done (fully) before your order will be able to be processed (for instance if you don't have your postal code entered in your account, the site won't be able to calculate your shipping price options...If you only have the "Bill to: " area filled out and not the :Ship to:" same thing, the site won't be able to calculate your shipping and no options for shipping will come up).

Select a shipping method and a payment method. When your transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address that you specified when you registered, you will need to confirm registration. If you ordered a downloadable product, you will also receive an email containing the link to where you can download your item.

About Downloads

Downloads* will no longer have a separate category. We will be integrating them into the regular catalog pages. You can now choose whether you would like to purchase our titles in MP3 format for digital delivery, or Physical CD format that will be shipped to you, from a dropdown list on the product pages. After your payment clears, you will be sent an email containing the link to where you can download your item, or in most cases you can go directly to the 'Download Area' from the link above the 'Logout' button on the left, and immediately download your album.

Please note: Not all titles will be available for download.

Shipping Methods

All shipping is calculated on by a link between our site and the United Postal Services website. Below are some tips for selecting a shipping preference when shopping on our site:

  • If your order has 1-2 CD's you should choose FIRST CLASS.
  • If your order has 3-8 CD's,  choose PRIORITY MAIL for faster service, or choose MEDIA MAIL to save money.
  • If your order has 9-34 CD's choose FLAT RATE BOX for faster service, or choose MEDIA MAIL to save money.
  • If your order has 35-55 CD's choose  FLAT RATE LARGE BOX for faster service, or choose MEDIA MAIL to save money.

(These tips apply to domestic AND international shipping)

When you are logged in, click the link to the left that says 'Account Maintenance', and it will take you to a page where you can make all your necessary changes.

Customer Service
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm PST. We can be reached by phone (763)-784-9654, OR email us through our contact form as well as by mail. We answer all calls as often as we can. If you cannot get through by phone, PLEASE leave a voicemail message. We do return calls (as long as you leave your phone number including area code).  Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Guaranteed Satisfaction
I want you to be a happy customer, so I personally guarantee all our CD's and DVD's to arrive in Perfect condition, if you are in anyway unhappy with the disc when it arrives, then you may return it "CD or DVD unopened, for an identical replacement item within 30 days.       Lance King - Owner

Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item (unless the item is no longer available or has been opened). If you are not able to send the item back right away "unopened", please notify us with 14 days upon receipt of goods. When an order leaves here, it leaves in good condition. However, we have no control of how the package is handled by the postal service or UPS.   We will gladly replace broken CD jewelcases with your next order. Just let us know!
If your shipment arrives damaged, please save the entire contents of the package and contact us.  We will give you instructions on what to do in this situation.
