Anubis Gate first signed with Spanish label (Locomotive), and after putting out their first four records, Locomotive went out of business in 2010 without having paid the band any royalties since 2007. The band had to fight to get the rights to their music back from a company gone under yet who continued to offer on iTunes and other digital platforms.
This, of course, was a long process, and the band's physical CD's were long out of print. However, there remains a legion of loyal new fans from the release of their last two records with Nightmare who never had the opportunity to own physical copies of these amazing albums. That wait is now over. "
